Mr. Patava is also a Trustee of Trimac Income Fund. Mr. Patava retired in January 2005 from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Inc., a position he held from January 1998. Previously, he was Vice President and Treasurer of Canadian Pacific Limited from 1990 to 1997 and served as Vice President and Director of RBC Dominion Securities Inc. from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Patava has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from York University.

Mr. Rousseau served as a Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Golf Town Income Fund from 2004 to 2007. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Moore Corporation and was also a member of Moore’s Pension Committee. From 1993 to 1999 he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Silcorp Limited. Mr. Rousseau graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University in 1981 and received Chartered Accountant designation in 1983.

Since her appointment in 2005 as TVO's Chief Executive Officer, Lisa de Wilde helped transform Ontario’s public educational media organization to a fully-digital, interactive source of multi-platform educational content that empowers people to be engaged citizens of Ontario. As Astral Television's President and CEO, she was instrumental in transforming the then-declining pay TV category into highly successful branded television networks, and in supporting the Canadian film-making community. Ms. de Wilde has also contributed to the growth of the Toronto International Film Festival Group, heading up the board's Finance Committee. Her many additional board and advisory appointments include the Government of Ontario's Task Force on Competitiveness, Productivity and Economic Progress; the McGill University Desautels Faculty of Management, International Advisory Board; the Noranda Income Fund (she is Chair of the Board of Trustees). Fluently bilingual, Lisa champions the cause of educational broadcasters across the country as the Chair of ATEC (The Association for Tele-Education in Canada), and represents TVO internationally as an Executive Committee member of the CBA (Commonwealth Broadcasting Association). Lisa graduated with from McGill University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a law degree.

John Macdonald was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of The Consumers’ Waterheater Income Fund in November 2006. Subsequent to joining the fund Mr. Macdonald was President and Chief Executive officer of Hydro One Telecom Inc., and grew the company from a concept to the largest utility-based telecom company in Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Macdonald was President of ShareTel and has also held senior marketing positions at AT&T Canada and Nortel.

Mr. Clarke is Chief Financial Officer of Direct Energy Marketing Limited (“Direct Energy”). Mr. Clarke previously served as a Direct Energy appointee to the boards of trustees of the Fund and the Trust from May 2005 to June 2006. Mr. Clarke has more than 30 years of experience with Direct Energy and its affiliates, which included serving on the board of Consumers Gas in the early 1990’s. David holds a MA from Peterhouse, Cambridge University as well as a M.Sc. from Sussex University, both in the United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
